CARE Tanzania | Social Analysis & Action (SAA) Training

Watoto Salama was on the ground for another powerful @careinternationalintanzania training on Social Analysis and Action (SAA), a community-led approach to challenging the harmful norms that hold women, girls, and entire communities back.

Over 4 days, our team explored:
🔹 Gender equality vs. equity
🔹 CARE's Gender Equality Framework (Agency • Relations • Structures)
🔹 Hands-on tools like "Vote with Your Feet" and the "Men's Box / Women's Box" exercise
🔹 Engaging men & boys as partners in change
🔹 Turning reflection into real community action plans
